Privacy policy

Build Israel (בניין הארץ) is a strategy game for Android devices and the web browser. This policy explains what data the game keeps and what is done with it.

What the game collects. The game collects no personal information. It has no user account, sign-up or sign-in, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking tools.

What is stored on your device. The game stores on your device the state of your game (saved automatically after every turn), the orders you have given in the current turn, and the interface language you chose. This data stays in the app's own storage on the device, is not sent anywhere, and is deleted when you uninstall the game. In the web version the same data is kept in your browser's storage for this site, and the browser also keeps a copy of the game's files so it loads faster; clearing the site's data in your browser removes them.

Network. The game itself sends no data over the network. The web version is loaded from GitHub Pages; GitHub, which hosts the site, records technical data such as IP addresses under its own privacy statement (https://docs.github.com/site-policy/privacy-policies/github-general-privacy-statement).

Third parties. You download and pay for the game through Google Play, and Google processes the purchase and install details under its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). The game is built on the Unity engine; Unity's privacy policy is at https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Children. The game collects no information from any user, children included.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
